"Helping Entrepreneurs Succeed Anywhere" almost by definition means that many of my programs are available online.
"How To" Webinars
If you want to learn how to do something or get specific questions answered by a professional, then the "Ask a Pro" chats and "Get It Done" clinics are designed for you:
"Ask a Pro" chat
For the first half hour of an "Ask a Pro" chat, I interview someone with extensive domain experience and expertise in an area of interest to entrepreneurs. You will hear his or her perspective during the interview and then have the opportunity to ask specific questions.
"Ask a Pro" chats are available to anyone who signs up for them. Access to recordings of past chats is restricted to Silver members and higher.
"Get It Done" clinic
"Get It Done" clinics also feature domain professionals but, for the clinic, they deliver a presentation on how to solve a specific problem, provide a substantial overview of a topic or teach you how to do something new.
The presentation runs 30 to 60 minutes and is followed by a Q&A session. Clinic leaders will often make a special offer available to participants. Attendance at "Get It Done" clinics is available to free members and higher.
Archived "Get It Done" clinic recordings are available to Silver members and higher.
My other webinars provide coaching to you, often in conjunction with other services or events.
Prior to launching pre-workshop, pre-event or pre-other-programs, I will often hold a Pitch Clinic webinar. Participants are invited to deliver their 30 to 60 second pitch (for investors, customers, partners, or others). Each receives 2 to 5 minutes of feedback on the content and delivery of their pitch.
Participation in most Pitch Clinics is restricted to those involved in an extended coaching program (see next two items) but are occasionally made available to entrepreneurs in competitions or organizations I support.
Recordings of past Pitch Clinics can be reviewed by Silver members and above.
Sometimes, you'd like to go into more depth on a pitch or a problem than is possible in a few minutes in a group session. For Platinum members, I offer office hours, half hour slots of undivided attention to work with you on a plan of attack or other solution for whatever you are working on.
At your request, I will record our session for your future reference. The recording will never be made public without your approval.
Mastermind Group Meetings*
Meeting with a peer group on a regular basis has been incredibly valuable to me, in terms of feedback, support and accountability. It's lonely when you are running a company, so getting a chance to talk with people who are outside your social and business circles is invaluable.
I belong to both live and virtual mastermind groups. I like live meetings because it gets me out of the office and because nothing will ever fully replace human contact. I like my virtual group because there's almost always someone available to talk when I need them (members are in Australia, Italy, the UK and Boston).
For Platinum members, I offer membership in a virtual Mastermind group (of course, you are always welcome to get together in person when practical). The format is 6 to 8 people meeting at a regular time on a monthly basis via webinar. A group leader, usually me, manages the meetings and sets up a private forum for discussions between meetings. Each entrepreneur provides a brief update for the month and then an in-depth discussion proceeds for pressing matters for one or two of the group.
Each group decides whether they want the session to be recorded. The default is that no recording is made, but if a group decides they want to keep an archive, the webinar recording is kept strictly private among the members of the group.
* Caveat: I am not a lawyer, accountant, graphic designer or any other type of specialist. I can help you think through your options and strategize on how to move forward, but if you require someone with a specialty, I will refer you to one.
