Welcome to the TechConnect 2011 - Canada Pavilion
The Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade Canada (DFAIT) and the Consulate General of Canada Boston are pleased to invite you to visit the Canada Pavilion from June 13, 2011 – June 16, 2011at the TechConnect World Conference & Expo in Boston and to attend the associated Canada Innovates! program of clean energy industry panels and investor pitches by Canadian companies to be held on June 15, 2011.
TechConnect is an international conference and expo focusing on clean technologies, nanotechnologies, microtechnologies and biotechnologies. Over 5,000 business and technical professionals, researchers, buyers and entrepreneurs from over 70 countries are expected to attend. The Canada Pavilion will enable attendees to gain insights into Canadian organizations, from startups to government departments, focused on these areas. Canadian federal and provincial governments, associations and innovative companies whill have an opportunity to showcase Canadian leading-edge technology solutions and research strengths and identify potential partners, distributors, resellers and/or customers for the participating Canadian companies.
We have hand-picked fifteen high tech clean energy companies to be showcased at the investor pitch sessions from dozens of applicants and are facilitating their meetings with interested parties via Conover + Company Communications. These companies have received intensive pitch coaching from Plano & Simple.
