The MTC has been the primary sponsor of the Ignite Clean Energy Competition since its inception in 2004. Their initial and ongoing support has enabled the Energy SIG to pursue a course of continuous improvement, year after year. In addition, the MTC is a mainstay of funding for most major clean energy programs in the state.  The team at the MTC for ICE 2007 includes Director Warren Leon, Karl Jessen, Sissi Liu, Sudhir Nunes and Mark Ferri. 

Bell Pottinger USA is new to the ICE Competition for 2007. The ICE team at Bell Pottinger, Marlin Collingwood, Colin , Jessica Devaney, and Jessica Francisco, performed public relations and marketing work pro bono, raising the profile of the competition, helping to obtain guest speakers, and managing relationships with a number of new media outlets. ICE was featured for the first time on NECN and in the Herald, among others. In addition to their work directly on supporting the contest, Bell Pottinger provided 3 months of PR services to the Grand Prize winner.
