The Intrapraneur Accelerator Online Workshop is based on our successful Startup Accelerator Online Workshop but customized to suit the needs of entrepreneurs who want to commercialize their innovation for their employer's organization... or even spin it out into a new startup.
When you participate in an Intrapraneur Accelerator Workshop, you will:
- Learn how to demonstrate the value of your ideas in the context that is most important to management: how can it improve our business?
- Get the biggest technophobes in the company to appreciate your invention;
- Have the opportunity to ask questions of innovators who have become successful intrapreneurs; and
- Develop a realistic plan to take your idea from lab to product; and
- Create a compelling pitch that will help your management decide to invest in you.
Each week for six weeks, you will receive:
- 1 hour intensive training webinar on a critical business issue;
- a set of videos, worksheets and other materials to apply what you've learned to your invention;
- 1 hour Q&A session with me to address any questions you have;
- an interview with a successful intrapraneur followed by audience Q&A; and
- tips, tools and tutorials to help you translate your plan into a great management pitch.
In addition, you'll have access to a password-protected forum where you can network with other inventors in your organization.
